Marketing Management
Although I have been working with digital marketing for five years, I do not have academic background in marketing. So I decided to go to college. At Langara, I have learned Introduction to Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Consumer Behaviors and International Marketing. I was awarded two scholarships in the second term, International Student Scholarship and Volunteer Leadership Award. I also volunteer as SEO team leader with Digital Marketing Club at school.

Target Customers: American, Canadian, Australian aged 55 - 70 - Plan marketing strategies every month based on SWOT analysis to increase monthly marketing performance by 22-40% in the fourth quarter of 2018. - Report monthly marketing performance to CEO via email by providing key metrics with analysis and explanations to propose at least two solutions to improve performance - Manage the official Facebook page of Indochina Voyages by preparing text and media for 10-12 posts per month - Operate Facebook ads campaigns by creating ad creatives and optimizing with A/B testing to keep fanbase growth at 3% every month. - Oversee SEO implementation by reviewing organic traffic and keywords to rank at Top 10 results on Google for more than 250 keywords.
