Work & Experience
I lead and manage the copywriting team within G's global marketing department, working with the Senior Art Director, art direction team, ACD, and CD to create external, internal, and B2B communications across digital, social, print, and video to drive business growth. Other things I'm currently and have been involved with here: -Co-lead all day-to-day tactical and sales-oriented creative with Senior AD -With the Senior AD, co-led the development and implementation of new brand guidelines and brand bible -Worked on the launch of new Travel Styles and total re-branding of existing ones -Created work for National Geographic Journeys recognized by the RGD In-House Awards
My work focused primarily on writing and concepting for Cadillac across all channels. I also got the chance to work on a small project for the Toronto Silent Film Festival.
Brands I worked on included BMO, The Keg, BMW, ACE Bakery, Rub A535, World Vision, Mount Sinai, Government of Canada, Trojan, and Magnum Ice Cream. Informally led a number of high-profile projects and played a lot of ping pong.
Brands I worked on included MasterCard, Lotto 649, Bayer CropScience, RBC, WIND Mobile, and Chevrolet. I tried to give the Chevy Malibu a new hat.
Cut my teeth on brands like Honda, Dare (Breton and Bear Paws), Acura (National and Dealers), Taco Bell, Expedia, Pizza Hut, Stella Artois, and Discovery Channel. I wrote for TV, print, digital, radio, and car brochures. Yes, car brochures. I did it all.
