Creating a profile

Just fill in the info you would like to share.

How to apply for a job

  1. After complete your profile, Click “My Resume” in the drop down list on your profile and fill out the Resume form.
    • You are only required to fill out one piece of information on the resume form, but the more you share with the community, the more potential employers will be able to get to know you!
  2. Navigate to the Job you are interested in:
    • You can either search for potential jobs by:
      • Using the Search Bar on the Homepage
      • Using the Job Filtering Function on the JOBS Tab
      • Selecting the Employer you are interested in on the EMPLOYERS Tab and looking at what positions are open at that firm
  3. Click “Apply Now”
    • Once on the job information page for a specific position, simply click “Apply Now”, that’s it!
      You can also “Shortlist” a Job so that you can save it for future review

My Applied

This is where you can see what jobs that you have applied for. You can also retract your application here I you are no longer interested in a job. This is where you can see what candidates have applied for what jobs. You have the ability to approve and application, reject and application, review each candidate’s information in more detail, download their CV, and also shortlist a candidate for further review.

How to post a job

  1. Click “Submit Job” in the drop down list on your profile and fill out the job posting form.
    • Required Fields: Job Title, Description
  2. Set Job Type:
    • Internal (recommended) – candidates will apply on this site and you will get a notification in your employer dashboard
    • External URL – You can add a url where the candidates will be directed to apply
    • By Email (currently not set up)
  3. Click “Submit Job” to post
    • You will be shown a preview of what the job posting will look like, once you approve and click “submit job” it will post automatically, there is no delay

Applicants Jobs

This is where you can see what candidates have applied for what jobs. You have the ability to approve and application, reject and application, review each candidate’s information in more detail, download their CV, and also shortlist a candidate for further review.

My Jobs

Here is where you can review/edit/delete any of the jobs that you have already posted to the site. We ask that you delete jobs that have been filled.
