Job Duties/Responsibilities

Work closely with TV, Radio, and Digital Sales teams, making sure to clearly define and understand their needs, find the most relevant insights via all available resources, and communicate the results clearly and concisely in an appropriate format
Use a variety of databases, including first and third-party resources
Develop tools that allow Bell Media to reach its full potential
Update sales tools based on new study results
Live presentations of research/analysis to sales teams
Be involved in studies related to the evolution of the industry
Critical Qualifications/Competencies

University degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Experience in media/marketing research and/or media sales
Experience with industry-standard media measurement (e.g. Infosys/Instar, Comscore, etc.)
Familiarity with concepts/workflow basics of product development and programmatic sales and operations (asset)
Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis (asset)
Knowledge of SQL, R, Python languages (asset)
Very strong mathematics/statistics understanding
Very strong/advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (i.e. formulas and macros)
Great analytical capabilities (ability to articulate vast amounts of data into clear and powerful stories)
Strong personal and customer relation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Passionate about media, advertising, and data
Curious and creative, with a sense of initiative and resourcefulness
Bilingual (asset)
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
