WE: Are the CRM, Data and Analytics division of DDB Canada. Harnessing sound strategic insights and innovative technology to produce targeted, breakthrough creative driven by data science. The result? Results. Big time.

YOU: Have at least 2 years of data-driven, direct response, and relationship marketing experience. Can help develop and drive execution of CRM programs on multiple accounts. Act as key contact to clients on project-level work, continually fostering client-agency relationships to build trust and become a valuable resource to clients.

THE DRILL:

2+ years’ experience leading CRM projects and supporting print/digital production.
Project management skills.
An aptitude for numbers, from initiating project scopes to BCR tracking and beyond.
Ability to collaborate and work closely with internal teams
Highly competent at working with Data and Analytics teams to pull & segment mailing lists, and to track/report campaign metrics.
A passion for innovative, big ideas, fostering them from infancy to execution.
Demonstrate effective communication and creative problem-solving skills.
