The Designer will blend classic and emerging design skills and will be responsible for the successful execution of creative initiatives. Working closely with creative management and other agency team members, the Designer ensures creative designs are delivered to a high standard, with an acute attention to detail. The ideal candidate displays a passion and curiosity about new opportunities and techniques that are grounded by classical training and experience. In this role, you will contribute to the agency’s creative product with solid experience across both digital and CRM.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver well-designed creative:
  • Execution of social, email, digital media and website assets, based on defined brand guidelines
  • Creation of vector illustrations, icons, and infographics
  • Sourcing appropriate imagery for design needs
  • Development of mock-ups and other presentation pieces
  • Contributing to creative brainstorming initiatives
  • Close collaboration with the account team, strategists, producers and project managers
  • Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
  • Strong ability to collaborate with other team members:
  • Working with creative team members (including art directors, writers, and creative directors) to marry design and concept through execution
  • Work closely with the account team to understand business requirements on projects
  • Working with studio and print producers when required to create print-ready assets
  • Working with developers to ensure comps are to needs and specifications
  • Working with project managers and resource managers to ensure timely delivery, and manage workflow
  • Maintain an active curiosity for the application and integration of data, technology and strategy to the agency’s creative output
  • Time management and ability to prioritize work


  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in graphic design, new media arts, creative advertising or equivalent
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience
  • Demonstration of strong conceptual and design skills
  • Fully proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of best practices for digital media and email design
  • Ability to expand thinking to integrated channels
  • Team player – able to collaborate with all levels of internal and external partners
  • Confident in presenting and articulating design ideas and work
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
