Become a key part of a dynamic, innovative team within Analytics which focuses on Website, CRM and Media analytics work. The team utilizes analytic and data mining techniques as well as segmentation methodologies to solve a wide range of our clients’ business problems, including how to drive acquisition, cross-sell, migration and retention strategies. As a subject-matter expert in Data Collection and Visualization, you are looking for an entry level position in an Analytics team and the opportunity to learn about multiple touchpoints (Paid and Owned). Through consolidating data from website, media and CRM to create dashboards and execute CRM campaigns, you will gain a broad perspective on what does and does not perform in all these touchpoints.
In this role you will…
Work with a multidisciplinary team, onsite, offsite and some out of the country to provide necessary data support
Utilize SQL to manipulate data and create customer lists for CRM deployments
Utilize Adobe Analytics and Power BI to create dashboards for clients
Maintain and monitor data quality to highlight any issues and escalate these as and when required
Perform data mining on customer/sales information to gain insights
Works with database and other business partners (internal and external) to procure and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data elements required for analysis
Attend and contribute to internal and client facing status and planning meetings’
Perform other duties as assigned
Extremely detail oriented, with proven time and project management skills (ability to meet deadlines)
Comfortable working with large data sets, knowledge of relational database
Proficiency in SQL and experience with structuring data is a must
Experience with Adobe Analytics/Audience Manager and Power BI is a definite asset
A Business, Statistics, Computer Programming or equivalent work experience an asset
Entrepreneurial spirit (self-starter, who is focused on results)
Embraces collaboration and willingness to work with multiple teams to meet deadlines
An aptitude to learn new tasks, systems and processes quickly in order to be an active support for the team early on
An insatiable curiosity about industry, consumer and technology trends
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
