Our client is a leading national financial services company that specializes in the mortgage business looking to hire a events & marketing coordinator with strong design skills (can be self taught)

Event Management

-Assist in planning, promotion, coordination and execution of all company events
-Promote training sessions and special meetings and support our Regional VPs accordingly.
-Develop and help execute event promotion plans/marketing campaigns
-Plan event/training schedules, agendas and objectives;
-Plan entertainment and social gatherings for participants;
-Track event budgets and sponsorships
-Liaise with event/training speakers, sponsors, suppliers and participants
-Coordinate event management such as registration and logistics, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, etc


-Design and production of all event promotional materials and communications (invitations, tickets, social posts, etc.)
-Onboarding of new agents marketing sessions
-Onboarding new agent communication schedule and execution
-Assist the marketing department as needed

Required qualifications and skills:

-College or University education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
-3+ years relevant marketing work experience.
-Design skills – Proficient in Illustrator and Adobe Professional
-Experience coordinating events of 300 people or more.
-Possess excellent organizational skills
-Excellent computer literacy and skills with strong knowledge of Excel.
-Excellent knowledge of Eventbrite, Zoom and social media platforms
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong multitasking abilities
-Ability to plan, organize and work in a fast-paced environment
-Self-starter with the ability to work well independently.

Salary: $55,000
